In USDA Zones 3–4, my Blue Moon Wisteria is growing incredibly quickly! It truly helps me, and it's a widespread plant here, which makes sense, given how gorgeous, vibrant, and fragrant the blossoms are. Although this plant is relatively easy to maintain, it may be water-sensitive.
